Mrs. Eula Joyce Hearell Morris, age 71 of Nicholls, GA, passed away late Wednesday afternoon, April 28, 2021 at Hospice Satilla House in Waycross, GA. Ms. Morris was born September 13, 1949 to the late Truman Hearell and the late Frances Kimbrough Hearell. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Elton Morris.
Mrs. Morris, a native of Miami, FL, was a teacher employed by the Coffee County Board of Education, where she had taught school at Broxton Elementary, Eastside Elementary and Coffee High School. She was also a instructor at the State Correctional Institute. She was a dedicated member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

The funeral service will be Saturday morning, May 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Michael Jackson conducting the service and the interment will follow at Cumorah Cemetery with Elder Robinson dedicating the grave.
The family will receive friends Friday evening, April 30, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ricketson Funeral Home.
Active Pallbearers for the service will be: Blayne Gray, Sam Harper, Jackson Morris, Jake Mizell, Heath Morris and Buster Cauley.
Due to COVID-19, attendees are asked to observe six foot social distancing at the funeral service, visitation and interment. Please wear your mask for safety precautions and in accordance with CDC guidelines.
