Lauren Nicole Burke, 26, born on May 3, 1996 of Broxton, GA, passed away on May 25, 2022 surrounded by the love of her family and friends following her courageous battle with a rare cancer.

She leaves behind a huge hole in the lives of her family and friends who could always count on her to brighten any day. She will be deeply missed by her mother and father, Billy and Leisha Burke, her sisters Chelsee Burke and Brandy (Chris) Gray, her nieces Reanna and Reagan Given, her cousins Clint (Heidi) Bozeman, Josie Bozeman, Haley (Caleb) Thornton, and Emersyn Thornton, and by Ezra (Kim) Burke, Matthew (Serena) Burke, Sharon (Tony) Lopez, Ferrell (Shari) Burke, and Liz (Johnnie) Batten, and a host of beloved cousins.

Lauren’s family extended beyond those to include those she chose as well.
