Animal shelter transitions with ribbon cutting

To celebrate the Douglas-Coffee County Animal Shelter's transition to new management, an open house and ribbon cutting was held on Friday afternoon, April 28.  New managers Chuck and Stacy Jones and family have extensive experience in animal care and are eager to serve our community.
